Traditional breakfast foods are packed with wheat and served with dairy, but eggs, fruit and oats that are not processed in a factory with wheat are all fair game.

Recipes that call for flour can usually have rice flour substituted without adverse affects. This makes the result gluten-free.
Eating Out
Many restaurants have menus full of flour-based entrees or use flour to thicken sauces or bread meats. Thai food, because of its focus on rice and rice noodles, is almost entirely gluten and dairy free.
