How to Create My Own Virtual Weight Loss Model

Having a virtual weight loss model is a great way to track your weight loss progress. It can also be an awesome tool to use to visualize how you would look if you lost weight. My Virtual Model is an online program that allows user to customize their very own personal model. The model can be use for weight loss purposes, to try on different types of clothing or both. By entering your weight, height and even picture, you can create a weight loss model very similar to you.

    Visit MyVirtualModel.com and select the Get Started Tab located on the home screen. Name your model, and enter your height, weight, the shape of your body and hairstyle in the appropriate fields.

    Select the Face tab located on the bottom column to upload a personal picture onto the model. The picture must be a JPG or PNG file no more than 4MB. Once the picture has successfully uploaded, select the Create User ID tab located on the same column to save your profile. Enter your email address, unique username and password to save your virtual model.

    Track your weight by logging into your virtual model account using your username and password and adjusting the weight of your model by accessing the My Model tab located on your user home page. You are allowed to save up to four models. Once you have adjusted the weight to the appropriate value, click the Save Changes button located on the bottom of the page to save the model to your account.
